"An Act adding certain state-owned land and water to the Kenai River Special Management Area; relating to the mineral estate of the state-owned land and water in the Kenai River Special Management Area; amending the qualifications for members of the Kenai River Special Management Area advisory board; and providing for an effective date."

States that the purpose of SB 190 is to add certain state-owned land and water to the Kenai River Special Management Area.

Amends AS 41.21.502(a)(4)(L) by adding in the parcels of land that will be in the Kenai River Special Management Area. These are primarily EVOS lands, with a couple parcels that were left out of the original bill.

Amends AS 41.21.502(c) by rewording the statute so it reads more clearly.

Amends AS 41.21.510(b), which is the set up of the KRSMA advisory board. A person working for the federal or state government will no longer be a voting member of the board, but an ex officio.

Immediate effective date.
