(Juneau) - The Senate Finance Committee will be taking public testimony Saturday on Senate Bill 305, which would repeal the current petroleum tax structure and implement a production tax on the net value of oil and gas.
The Senate Finance Committee will hear public testimony from 9 a.m. to noon. The public is invited to participate at local Legislative Information Offices. Those who do not have access to an LIO can call Sen. Lyda Green's office toll free, 877-465-6601, to arrange for an off-net site.
