"HB 17 will become a part of HB 53, Rep. Coghill's Family Rights Act."
- Rep. Rokeberg
I introduced this bill in order to address the issues raised after the events of this past year brought to light many concerns surrounding the Office of Children's Services. The topics addressed in this bill, including the problems of confidentiality in dealing with the Office of Children's Services can best be addressed by combining this bill with the efforts of Representative Coghill. Therefore, House Bill 17 will become a part of House Bill 53, Representative Coghill's Family Rights Act.
