I know that Tudor Road is out of our District, but if you drive in that area, you might be interested in the Tudor Road Corridor Study public meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2004, at Lake Otis Elementary, multi-purpose room, 3331 Lake Otis Parkway. Open House will be from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. with a presentation by the Municipality of Anchorage, Traffic Engineering Department at 7:30 a.m.
The public meeting will focus on transportation issues along Tudor Road and 42nd Avenue between Lake Otis Parkway and Bragaw Street, additional access from Tudor Road to the University Medical District, and pedestrian/non-motorized travel in that area.
Oral comments may be made at the meeting. Written comments may be sent to: Tudor Road Corridor Project, c/o Traffic Department, 4700 Bragaw Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99507 (fax number is 343-8488) and need to be received by 5:00 p.m., on March 18, 2004, in order to become a part of the project record.
If you desire further information or need special accommodations, please contact Glenda Radvansky, at 343-8406.
Best regards,
Norman Rokeberg
