Senator Mackie Supports Lawsuit to Protect Fishing Rights in Glacier Bay

Juneau -- Senator Jerry Mackie (R-Craig), Senate Majority Leader, today announced his support of a State lawsuit against the Federal Government to resolve jurisdictional conflicts in Glacier Bay. The lawsuit seeks to prove the State of Alaska has ownership of the submerged lands and tidelands of the Bay.
