Juneau -- Friday, April 24th, the National Association for the Education of Young Children Southeast Alaska (NAEYC-SEA) celebrated the "Week of the Young Child" by recognizing the "Top 10 for Alaska's Children". Rep. Fred Dyson was among those recognized for "demonstrating outstanding service to children" through his chairmanship of the Children's Caucus and his advocacy for solutions to the problem of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) in Alaska.
