$65,000 for the Statewide Electronic Doorway (SLED) which provides Internet access to more than 50 communities in Alaska and access to the major library collections and information systems across the state.
$450,000 to the University for the Alaska Small Business Development Programs.
  Emergency Equipment: ·  $1.2 mm of federal and state funds for the on-going Land Mobile Radio Migration project which will allow interoperability of 2-way radio resources to assist in responses to life threatening disaster and emergency situations across Alaska.
  Energy Projects: ·

$18.5 mm of the earnings from the state's rebate share of the TransAlaska Pipeline Liability Fund. A recent federal law mandated the use of these funds for remediation of above ground storage tanks. The Alaska Energy Authority will use these funds for remediation from spills and leaks in rural communities.
$30.4 mm of federal funds to provide Alaskan communities and electric utilities the funding to establish safe, efficient and code-compliant electrical systems and bulk fuel tank farms.
  Families: ·

$5.2 mm for the on-going development of the child protection information system in the department of Health & Social Services.
$25 mm for the Medicaid Management Information System Procurement.

  Matching Grants: ·  Municipal and unincorporated matching grants - fully funded at $15 mm - this program provides funding to priority projects identified by communities across Alaska.
  Mental Health: ·  $870,00 for Mental Health Trust land development and value enhancement.
  Military: ·  $1.5 mm for three new federal scout readiness centers in rural communities.
  Safe Living Conditions: ·  Water projects statewide - fully funded at $81 mm.
$5 mm for statewide contaminated site cleanup through the Department of Environmental Conservation.
  Transportation: ·
