An Act relating to motor vehicle liability insurance for taxicabs.

Section 1: Amends AS 28.20.440(b)(2) to reflect new subsection on liability insurance for taxicabs.

Section 2: Amends 28.22.101(d) to reflect new subsection on liability insurance for taxicabs.

Section 3: Adds new subsection to 28.22.101 to require minimum liability insurance for taxicabs:

$100,000 for bodily injury to or death of one person in one accident;
$300,000 for bodily injury to or death of two or more persons in one accidents; and
$50,000 because of injury to or destruction of property of others in one accident.
