Popcorn does not pop until the oil gets hot. The kernels are sizzling in the Capitol. Rep. Bill Stoltze's resolution for a Constitutional spending limit passed the House. I am hopeful that the Constitutional spending limit passes as a corner stone to a long range fiscal plan. It is an unalienable right for patriotic citizens to keep their arms for civil defense and personal protection during times of terrorist threats.
Tax hikes by our Borough are troubling, especially in light of the anti-development signals being sent by some in the Borough. Session is scheduled to be over May 11. See ya around the Valley mid-May!
