House Bill 328, "An Act prohibiting mixing zones in freshwater spawning areas," passed out of the House Special Committee on Fisheries on Friday, January 27th, 2006. There were 3 do passes: Representative Kapsner, Representative Salmon and Representative LeDoux. There were 2 no recommendations: Representative Elkins and Representative Thomas. The bill was read across the floor on Monday, January 30th, 2006 and the next committee of referral is House Resources.
