(JUNEAU) - The Joint Armed Services Committee will convene in Juneau at the State Capitol on Tuesday, March 15th, 2005, from 1:00-3:00 P.M. in the Senate Finance Committee room.

Legislators will be briefed by Major General John W. Holly, United States Army, Deputy Director of the Missile Defense Agency.

Topics to be covered by Gen. Holly:

Mission of the Missile Defense Agency.
How Alaska's missile defense sites fit into the overall mission.
How Alaska businesses play a role in the construction of the Fort Greely Missile Defense Site.
