"Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 125, relating to centralized licensing and regulation by the Department of Health and Social Services of certain facilities and programs. "

The Vietnam memorial, "The Moving Wall" will be in Alaska between the dates of May 19, 2006 through July 22, 2006. Alaska is a state filled with veterans from many different wars, let us honor all of our Veterans by recognizing those that fell during the Vietnam war. SCR 21 would officially let the State of Alaska recognize our hero's who sacrificed all for their country.
