"An Act relating to restrictions on shipping or transporting cigarettes; and providing for an effective date."

House Bill 362 was submitted by request as a housekeeping measure to clarify regulations issued by the Department of Revenue effective January 1, 2004.

At this time the Department of Revenue Regulations prohibit the shipment and/or sale of cigarettes to rural Alaska.
