Some of you may have been wondering why you haven't heard from me in quite a while. It seems there has been a glitch in
my Legislative Update mailing list that prevented any of the eleven recent updates from being delivered. That glitch has now
been discovered and fixed, and there will not be any recurrence of the problem.
