(Anchorage) - The Anchorage Caucus, comprised of all Anchorage area legislators, will meet at the Cuddy dining facility on the UAA campus on Saturday, March 4th from 10 am to 2 pm.
The group will hear presentations from the Mayor, the Municipal Assembly, the Port of Anchorage, and the Anchorage School District among several others. Following the formal presentation agenda, Representative Tom Anderson (R-Anchorage), Chair of the Anchorage Caucus, has provided a public comment period expressly for UAA students and a general public comment period following that.
People interested in offering public comments to the caucus are encouraged to arrive by the 10am start time to sign up. Public comment for either the UAA student comment period or the general public comment period will be reserved to 3 minutes per person and the sign-up will be on a first come, first served basis.
