(JUNEAU) - The Anchorage Caucus elected Rep. Tom Anderson as chair of its House membership today. House Majority members of the Anchorage Caucus include: Rep. Nancy Dahlstrom, Rep. Mike Hawker, Rep. Cheryll Heinze, House Speaker Pete Kott, Rep. Bob Lynn, Rep. Lesil McGuire, Rep. Kevin Meyer, Rep. Norman Rokeberg, Rep. Ralph Samuels, and Rep. Bill Stoltze. Anderson said that the caucus will work relentlessly to answer the requests of the Anchorage Assembly, Anchorage School District, and all of the municipality's community councils.
"I'm eager to work in a bipartisan fashion to make sure Anchorage receives the support for all the projects it has requested," Anderson said. "I intend to maintain a positive working relationship between the legislature and the municipality for the benefit of all its residents."
